Processing Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

For custom or special orders, processing time may be longer depending on design and material availability.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders are shipped via [USPS / UPS / FedEx — whichever applies].

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment.

At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

I’m not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or customs once the package leaves my hands.
Lost or Delayed Packages

I cannot replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact your local post office with the tracking number.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

I’ll review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at my discretion.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Wichita, KS area— select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and I’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time.
