Thank you for supporting Nana's Roots! Each item is handmade with care, and I truly appreciate your patience while your order is created and shipped.


Processing Time

  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Current processing time is [1-3 business days/weeks] before shipment.

  • For custom or special orders, processing time may be longer depending on design and material availability.

  • You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Orders are shipped via [USPS / UPS / FedEx — whichever applies].

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment.

  • At this time, I do not offer international shipping.


Delivery & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

  • I’m not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or customs once the package leaves my hands.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • I cannot replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package appears lost, please contact your local post office with the tracking number.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • I’ll review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at my discretion.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Wichita, KS area— select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and I’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time.
