Thank you for shopping with Nana's Roots! Each item is handmade with care, and we take pride in creating quality, one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the handmade nature of my products, please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of my items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Custom & Special Orders

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We will provide photos or updates during the creation process when possible to ensure your satisfaction before shipping.

Any changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges or extend delivery time.
Shipping Issues

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — incorrect addresses that result in lost packages cannot be refunded.
Refund Processing

If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days after agreement.
