Thank you for shopping with Nana's Roots! Each item is handmade with care, and we take pride in creating quality, one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the handmade nature of my products, please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of my items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Please review item descriptions, photos, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Custom & Special Orders

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • We will provide photos or updates during the creation process when possible to ensure your satisfaction before shipping.

  • Any changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges or extend delivery time.

Shipping Issues

  • Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — incorrect addresses that result in lost packages cannot be refunded.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days after agreement.
